Designed by Finot and built by Group Beneteau, she measures 9.66m (31'8") LOA with a beam of 3.39m and a fin keel drawing 1.8m. Full ships papers and a complete service history from new are available, giving a clear and well documented ownership record throughout.

Below decks 'Jaberali' sleeps six across two cabins and the saloon, with two double berths and two singles. The galley is equipped with a gimballed oven, 2 burner hob and grill, fridge, and twin sinks for fresh and salt water, while the heads offer a manual system, shower and sink. Diesel heating adds year round comfort. On deck she is sloop rigged with aluminium spars and stainless steel rigging from 2013, a slab reefing mainsail with stack pack and lazy jacks, furling headsail, and a cruising chute added in 2019. A full cockpit cover and Bimini were fitted in 2021, alongside a sprayhood and dodgers for further protection.

Navigation is well specified with a Simrad chartplotter, depth, log, wind and VHF, together with autopilot and compass. Power comes from a Yanmar 21hp (3YM20) shaft drive engine, and ground tackle includes an electric Quick 700w windlass with remote control and Danforth anchor.
