| We’re pleased to let you know that Penton Craning and MDL will be carrying out essential resurfacing works to improve the slipway and craning facilities at Penton Hook Marina. To allow these improvements to be completed safely and efficiently, the slipway and craning facilities will be temporarily closed from Tuesday 25th August to Wednesday 30th September 2026. During this period, launching, recovery and lifting services at Penton Hook will be unavailable, so we kindly ask you to plan any requirements outside these dates where possible. These works form part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving the marina, and will help provide a safer, higher-quality facility for everyone to enjoy. We appreciate that the temporary closure may require some forward planning and would like to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
